My Gunwhorish instincts have not be feed in almost a year. I am giving myself a paintball gun as a post-deployment splurge. I just can't decide which one to chose. So I ask you the good people of Hampton Roads which should I get.
You get two choices, because I know if I didn't do that skills would be the unanimous winner.

For everyone's information, they are not calling it "Ego 13". It's the Ego LV1. But regardless, my vote for "Ego LV1" is represented.

Upon Further thought, Rogue got me the DART kit for my 11 for Xmas and I haven't even shot that yet. Also now that they have relased the colors, none of which really appeals to me except spekta2 and midnight. I am thinking that maybe an Ego LV1 isn't the way I should go. I don't have a spool valve gun so today I thinking a swamp2 Geo 3.
Also if I get another Electro I may end up putting the Karni on the market depending on what Rogue wants. She likes it better than the Egos for some reason.

*Edit* I just read what Scarecrow wrote in the other thread so I am back to indecision.
*Edit 2* After reading the specs and miscellaneous technical jibber jabber I am finding it hard to say no to the Ego 13 LV1

Since it seems the ego has pulled out to an insurmountable lead. It appears I will be acquiring one as soon as I am able and after speaking to Rogue, I am not parting with the Karni as she has laid a claim to it. I love my wife.
Now I need to figure out if I want spekta or midnight.....probably midnight. But who knows I may buy poison IV to make ripper jealous

Why would what i have said made you un sure? or you mean unsure of a geo im looking at the midnight or maybe another color but id hate to start copying people but then again getting the blue/orange one wont be so bad cuz thats what Jon wanted since forever (those colors...) |

i gotcha - thats what i was thinking, yeah this marker is def going to be different, alot wont like it from how it looks, but performance wise... its going to be insane Looks wise it has been steadily growing on me, the AT tube is the hardest part to wrap my head around, but iI think it is because it is such a radical departure from the Ego 'standard'. Somone asked Jack wood what parts on this would be backward compatible with with the Ego 7-11 line and his reply was "Ummm..the grip screws.. He also said that sound wise is 3dB lower in SPL than a Geo, thats impressive. |
