JIS4 Waterproof Protection against light rain or splashing water from all directions on the radio. Whisper Allows you to speak quietly and still be heard clearly by others. eVOX Hands-Free Operation (9 levels) with easy voice activation--no need for an external microphone. Features include privacy codes, direct/group calling And thats just a few. Review the full listings here: www.amazon.com/Midland-GXT1050VP4-36-Mile-50-Channel-Two-Way/dp/B001WM73P0

Even though I am not going to ABP I am going to get these. I think the team would benefit greatly to have our own private channel without 10 year old kids hitting their call button over and over again. That is a reaon why members refuse to carry radios.

Ok I saw sandmans radios today they came with headsets but they were not very good quality they would work but they're not all weather and not very durable. found a very good throat mic the company is called firefox here's the link check it out . www.firefoxtechnologies.comI recommend the commando style it is all weather and very durable it runs like 50 bucks but depending on how many we get we could catch a deal on them depending on how many people want to run radios. judging from what I have seen maybe even a possible sponsor option
