Ok I am taking the the lead on this one. First off this is not to be a last minute scenario. If you are trying to go you need to plan and save in advance. To give you an idea here is some pricing based on number of people attending:
Rental car:
1-3 attending- free (we will take my truck) My F150
4-7 attending- $300 ($45-$75 per person) SUV/Minivan
8-12 attending- $600 ($50-$75 per person) Big Van
Gas per Person:
My F150 $600 total
1-$600
2-$300
3-$200
SUV/Minivan $600 total
4-$150
5-$120
6-$100
7-$85
Big Van $700 total
8-$90
9-$80
10-$70
11-$65
12-$60
Lodging:
We will be taking the pop up trailer which sleeps up to 7. If 8-12 some will sleep in the pop up and some will sleep in the Big Van.
Food:
I will get $50 from everyone going and we as a group will pick up food and prepare meals in order to save money.
Event Costs:
Preregistration-$67
Pre-order paint-$75
You can do the math depending on how many cases you will shoot. Remember this is PREREGISTRATION prices so you need to pay for this by 05/04/2013
I hope this gives you an idea on how much this scenario is going to cost. So post up if you are going the more attending the cheaper it is for everyone.

Ripper's got us hooked up with Wolf for New Empire.
Side note; I chose the unit Centaur Legion simply because the unit commander, Honu, remembers all of us from EMR last year at Quest for the Holy Grail. In these cases where we're usually the "unknown guys" at an unfamiliar field, I prefer to play with people that either have some recognition of us or actually WANT us to play for/with them. Just my opinion.
