We will be staying at the beach house again this year at no cost to the members.
Ripper and Banshee will be leaving on Thursday morning the 20th if anyone wants follow us down there. We will need someone to bring the tents and team stuff, Lodging will be covered for Thursday night for anyone leaving with us.
Post up when and who you are going with, 1st event of the year lets get a good showing down there.

Anyone that is going to be there Thursday night you will have a place to stay. We have the beach house thursday to Monday.

Plans changed for sleeping arrangements, I just received a call from Kevin and the bunkhouse isn't available this year. I found some hotel rooms about 18 miles from the field for about $60 a night, if we bunk up with other members that will be the cheapest way to do it. Camping is the other option but the temp is going to be in the mid 30's a night. Sorry for the short notice but i just found out. Keegan and I are staying in our timeshare at South Beach. We could sleep two more comfortably. I would ask for $50 per person for the whole time. I'm checking in Thursday night and checking out Monday morning.
