I know we will go over this at the meeting but in the interest of saving time and generating discussion I figured I would start this
Slither and Rogue are looking at leaving around 9-10am on Friday. I will be taking the truck so I have plenty of room for excess stuff that doesn't fit in your car (first come first served). If anyone needs a ride we can fit two more in the back seat of the truck (comfort level may vary by height) If no one needs a ride I can fit 3-4 more gear bags in the cab.

Im off work at 12 i think... they wanna have me on this new schedule... so i might be off sooner... so im down to leave asap after work.
Also i should be taking the Mazda?? if not ill post up again. i can carry 4 people... but with 4 people only 2 full sized gear bags.

Banshee and Xeno leaving in Banshees car Friday morning 730-8am. Car loaded with gear bags, team tents, camping tent, cooler and may have room for one more person. We want to get up there and setup so if some sponsors are there we can talk with them.

Banshee I can take the pop-ups and other stuff I think they will fit better in my the bed of my truck than in you car. I can convince heather to leave around that time if you want to get the camp setup. Dozer is riding with us as well. We can get the camp setup a whole lot quicker with 5 than 2.

As of now i have off this friday. so i will be able to leave whenever in the morning. ill have the Mazda - so i can carry 4 people comfortably... if less than 4 i can carry more gear.
Let me know - text me its the best way to get ahold of me. i can wait till later to leave if it means getting more in my car to help me split costs of driving.

Anyone not able to leave in the am? I most likely will not be able to get off work early. So I'll probably be able to leave around 5-7pm on friday.

I am driving from Woodbridge, New Jersey on friday night. Leaving at 4:15pm and picking up Jake Abernathie in Richmond around 9:00pm. We won't get in till late 3-4am on saturday.

Slither if yall will meet us at the field thursday evening at 6pm to loadup the truck and then we can meet at xenos or the fox store at730 friday morning that would be sweet. Scarecrow you can ride with xeno and I, since slither will be taking the tents. I got room for 2 more.

Looks like it'll be me, myself, and I for the ride down. Stack would be taking a 3-4 hour detour to grab me. Will be leaving Friday night 5-7pm.

Alrighty it looks like im with Xeno and Banshee - unless all of a sudden like 3 more people need a ride in the morning then ill offer up to take my car. As of now ill be meeting at fox at 730am ready to roll. ill be checking forum for updates til then
